Medicine
This is Dr. Mark Hyman giving a 20 minute talk on functional medicine to TedMed, a public lecture series presenting various luminaries in medicine and health care. While an MD, Dr. Hyman's perspective is completely harmonious with naturopathic medicine. He's the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Functional Medicine, an interdisciplinary integrative medicine organization that was cofounded by medical and naturopathic doctors. It's an engaging presentation in which he talks about the role of his own health crises in shifting his view of medicine.
